Civil Surgeon
As a civil surgeon, Dr. Janet Pettyjohn provides the I-693
immigration examinations, I-693 Supplemental and the N-648 Medical
Certification for Disability Exceptions Examination. The purpose of
these exams are to comply with the laws of the United
States for persons desiring green cards, permanent
residency and/or citizenship.
Occupational/Workplace Medicine
We work with the DOT, Coast Guard, and OSHA for all medical needs.
Our medical office provides urine and hair testing for drugs, as
well as tests for asbestos and TB. We can do routine blood analysis
and studies, CBC, metabolic panel, benzene and heavy metals testing
and complete lab work. Our office also performs in-house X-rays.

Services
Our medical office also offers MRO services for reviewing drug
testing results on-site. Dr. Pettyjohn is part of Florida's
3 Disaster Medical Assistance Team, is trained in incident response
to terrorist activity, and is certified in homeland
